HLC operate a two shift system 6am – 2pm & 2pm – 10pm and our production facilities consist of:
4 Way Pallet Production.
Our three fully automated lines provide us with a current 4 way entry pallet production capacity of circa 50,000 pallets per week.
2 Way Pallet Production.
HLC have recently installed the most modern high output 2 way production line in Europe, which is capable of producing pallets at the rate of 350 per hour.
This new line provides us with an automated 2 way entry production capacity of 20,000 pallets per week.
Manual Assembly Production.
In addition to the above automated production, HLC have a new 10,500 sq ft manual assembly factory unit with a weekly capacity of 25,000 pallets in order to manufacture smaller volume pallets, cases, potato boxes & specials.
We also have a modern, efficient saw shop with four automated cross-cut saws plus planing & re-sawing facilities that provides us with added flexibility for fast turnaround and bespoke items.
